Vegetarian Sunday Roast

I like to make a hearty dinner on a Sunday! Like my Mum always does. This is one of the first weeks that I cooked and I made a Traditional Vegetarian Sunday Roast.

I bought some Morrison's individual Butternut Squash Roasts. I served this with new potatoes, which I roasted in olive oil and rosemary, roasted sweet potato slices, broccoli and peas.
