Quorn Kebabs

This is a lovely dinner that I had the other day so I thought I would share it with you! It is so simple but so tasty!
Shopping List: quorn, tandoori powder, yoghurt, mint, lemons, salad leaves and chapatis.
  1. Combine tandoori powder, yoghurt and quorn in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Oil a baking tray and bake the quorn at 200 degree's Celsius for around 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, finely chop some mint and add it with a little sugar to yoghurt.
  4. Put it together! Warm your chapatis, salad on top, quorn and the finish off with a squeeze of lemon and some of your previously made mint yoghurt!
  5. Enjoy!
