This is a lovely dinner that I had the other day so I thought I would share it with you! It is so simple but so tasty!
- Combine tandoori powder, yoghurt and quorn in a bowl. Set aside.
- Oil a baking tray and bake the quorn at 200 degree's Celsius for around 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, finely chop some mint and add it with a little sugar to yoghurt.
- Put it together! Warm your chapatis, salad on top, quorn and the finish off with a squeeze of lemon and some of your previously made mint yoghurt!
