Happy 2011!! Hope you all had a great New Year! I had a quiet New Years Eve in with RB like last year, both tired, no party to go to and not brave enough to face Derby town centre on New Years Eve!
Nibbles: spicy olives and wasabi peas.
Chinese food. We used the set that H had bought me for Christmas.
Stir fried vegetables in a soy based sauce.
Tofu in sambal sauce with cashew nuts!
Yum! Served with plenty of wine! Lovely New Years Eve!
