Winter Warmers: "Shepherds" Pie with Sweet Potato Mash

Now it is cold and dark when I get home I have started to crave winter comfort food when I get in. On searching on the internet for some yummy recipes to make I came accross BBC Good Food Vegetarian Page and I decided that I would first try making the Veggie Shepherds pie with Sweet Potato Mash because I liked the look of the picture.


It was very simple to make after I got all the preparartion done and I served if with vegetables and gravy. It tasted fantastic and was very warming and filling.
