This New Year I decided to do traditional English food for the occasion, that would be reminiscent of my childhoods.
New Years Eve
On New Years Eve we had a vegetarian buffet with pizza, quiche, Quorn dippers, salad, pickles, cheese board and trifle, with some nice wine. It was really tasty and remind me of when my Mum used to have a family party every New Year.
New Years Day
On New Years Day we decided to do traditional roast, although we didn't have a roast and had Quorn mushroom pies instead with roasted new potato, roasted parsnips, boiled veg and gravy.
