New Year Detox

I have decided that 2010 is going to be my year to get really fit and healthy! So to start this health kick off I am doing a natural detox this week, cutting out bad foods and eating healthily, as well as foods that naturally detox your system. I am also combining this with daily yoga, with lots of spinal twists to help the detoxing process. At the end of this week I'll post up recipes that I have been making and also their detoxing properties!
