YAY! VEG BOX!

After reading about the Riverford organic veg box scheme in Vegetarian Living magazine, I thought, I want some fresh organic veg delivered to my front door. Also, by them delivering different seasonal produce each week, I feel I will have a more varied diet, as sometimes I stick to the same fruit and veg.

This is what got delivered to my doorstep yesterday morning! Looks so yummy, fresh and real (muck on and everything)! I had been very excited for it's arrival and I'm going to try it for a few weeks to see if the scheme works for me. Most of the fruit and veg also comes from an organic farm about 30 minutes away from where I live, it feels great to be eating local! The box also came with a handy little recipe leaflet! I will post up recipes that I have made with my new organic veg box as soon as possible!
