I got the Vegan Lunch Box book a few Christmas's ago along with the lunchbox that she uses for the lunches she makes. I for some reason, I didn't read it at the time, despite the fact that I am a big Vegan Lunch Box fan. It has been at my Mum's house for a while and I eventually, this weekend, I bought it up to my flat and started reading it.
I really am enjoying it and there's loads of fab ideas for lunch. I get very bored with sandwiches so I want to take some creative lunches to uni next year. I just been a food flask to go with my lunch box!
