Veggie Sausage & Roasted Veg
A really wonderful Sunday lunch that RB made me! He roasted some carrots, parsnips, red onions, leeks and sweet potatoes in a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. Cooked some yummy
Quorn
sausages and finished it off with some vegetarian gravy.
