EASY Tomato Tart

A very easy and very yummy dinner! Shop bought puff pastry rolled out and topped with green pesto and sliced fresh local tomatoes I got from York market. An impressive dinner with new potatoes and salad.

  2. I make the same thing only on a piece of bread put in the oven on broil for a few minutes. It's so simple and so delicious! pesto is the best-o.

  3. Thank you! I also meant to mention that it's seasoned with salt, pepper and sugar to make it extra yummy before being baked till golden brown.
