Holiday Season Outfits!

I love getting dressed up for the festive season! So I thought I'd share a few of my outfits over this holiday!

This is my outfit for when I went out for friends Christmas at Istanbul! I loved the idea of the new longer skirt length coming into fashion when I read fashion magazines and one of my favourite blogs: Style Scout. I bought one straight away but then never wore it as I was then worried about looking drowned in it or 'frumpy'. I am so glad that I wore it out this night though, I am in love with it and will be wearing it much more in the future!

Chiffon Top: High Street
Skirt: American Apparel
Belt: Bourgeois Boheme
Shoes: High Street
Unfortunately the shoes are leather but I had to find nice gold high heels for a wedding in under a week, these are the last pair of leather shoes I have bought!

All over Christmas I wore red sparkly nail polish (Barry M) because it felt really festive! As I am very clumsy at putting on nail varnish and then I chip it a lot, it took a lot of maintenance to keep them sparkly and beautiful all Christmas!

I then stupidly forgot to take a photo of what I was wearing on Christmas Day! However, I wore 7/8ths trousers, shoe boots and a beautiful new grey jumper. Casual and comfy but elegant.

And then it was New Years Eve! We firstly went to do a bit shopping in the Derby Westfield Centre and I enjoyed a soya chai latte on the way home.
I wore...
  • Blue Dress: Borrowed off V
  • Red Tights: Borrowed off V
  • Coat: High Street
  • Bag: Vintage
Then I stopped in and enjoyed a lovely evening with RB at his house.

  3. If you don't want to chip then you pretty much have to sit around, doing nothing!

    Thank you very much!
