I recently got some Innocent Veg Pots from Tesco because they were half price. They are so yummy and they have great selection of flavours. All vegetarian and some vegan. The only issue is they are really expensive!
I have been thinking about doing that. I like the idea of doing noodle pots by putting some miso paste, cooked noodles and fine veg into a pot like that and then topping it up with hot water when you want to eat it. Yummy noodle soup!
That is always the issue! haha I guess you could always find a similar recipe, make a big pot, and freeze little tubs :)
